Press, Rec & Play is a funk band from Amsterdam.They play an organic mix of 70’s flavoured funk, vibrant soul and groove-driven music.
Press,Rec & Play is a music & art project by Oskar Maarleveld, a visual artist, musician, and art teacher from Amsterdam. Through this project, he explores the fusion of music, art & Design From light objects, videos to limited Riso prints.
The band is a meeting point of soulmates and gifted musicians, united by positive energy and a shared quest for the perfect groove. Whether performing in intimate spaces or on grander stages, they strive to create a connection with their audience, with the aim to groove, move, and gather together.
