Sweet Empire started out in 2008 with their brand of melodic and political hardcore/punk. 2023 will be the year they’re quitting but not until they play a few more gigs and release their 4th record “All Empires Fall” om Shield Recordings. This will be their last gig at De Groote Weiver – a celebration of their 15 years as a band and hating the VVD.

The Dissociates are a melodic post punk powerhouse from the UK. Famously anti-brexit/pro-curry and Calvados connoisseurs. They play tasty and funky tunes somewhere between Fugazi, NOFX, Wire, Pavement + all those other Discord bands from the 90ties you like.

AS WE GO hail from Köln also known as Cologne – Germany. Recently signed to the great White Russian Records. Melodic Friendship Punk not unlike Hot Water Music and Bouncing Souls but with their “eigen smoelwerk”. Top. Ja toch!
